WHAT YOU NEED
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp. salt
1/8 Tsp. pepper
1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1/4 Cup chopped red bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl until blended. Then add your cheese, bell pepper, and onion. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin pan. Pop into the oven for 20 minutes. Take out and let cool; serve warm. Easy peasy.
