If for whatever reason you dislike the photos from your shoot,
we can schedule a complimentary reshoot or refund you your sitting fee.

 


 

Cancelation & Rescheduling

If something comes up and you need to cancel your photoshoot for any reason, please try to notify the studio at least 72 hours before your scheduled photoshoot. 

I understand that unexpected things come up. If you would like to cancel all together, a refund will be issued minus a $25 processing fee. If you would rather reschedule, you may reschedule your photoshoot date within six months of your initially scheduled date for no extra charge.

 

Guests

Photoshoots are all about you. Guests can often become a distraction to both you and the photographer. Unless you've cleared this with the studio, or unless your guest is in the photoshoot with you, please do not bring additional people to your photo session. 

 

There is no minimum purchase once you've seen your portraits. You only purchase what you absolutely love.

With that said and due to the nature of custom prints, once you've purchased an item, returns and refunds are not accepted or issued.

It is highly encouraged to bring all parties who are involved with purchasing the prints to your reveal session to make purchasing your custom portraits an enjoyable process.
